In life, you get what you pay for. That’s why we believe it’s important to pay a little more for a new kitchen that’s designed by a professional kitchen designer. Learn why.
Kitchens need to function well and look fabulous!
Here is something you may not have considered … most kitchen renovation companies use salespeople – not designers – to plan your kitchen renovation. We think that’s something you need to carefully consider because salespeople are there to sell and not to ensure your new kitchen investment delivers the lifestyle you want.
Sure, there are times when you might want a cheap and cheerful kitchen renovation. But if you want a new kitchen that will make your life easier and will look good for years and years to come, then you need to pay a little more. Afterall, in life, you get what you pay for and kitchens are too important to get wrong.
Obviously, kitchens are used to prepare meals and clean up afterwards. But the sorts of meals you prepare, the appliances you want and the storage/prep spaces you need will be different for each household. Then you need to factor in the limitations of your space and the potential to extend your house or reconfigure the interior of your home.
That’s where designers are key.
At Collaroy Kitchen Centre, we don’t use salespeople. Instead, you will be working directly with one of our highly experienced kitchen designers.
Their job is to help you maximise your available space and enhance the way you want to use your kitchen. They will also investigate things like your existing plumbing and electricals to work out how your current space can be adapted to accommodate your dream kitchen.
As part of the design process, our kitchen designers will make recommendations and suggestions to:
- Ensure your kitchen is super functional and matches your lifestyle
- Identify clever storage solutions to accommodate your kitchenware, glassware and appliances in the most efficient way possible
- Provide you with the bench and preparation space you need
- Determine where all your lighting should be located so you have the functional lighting you need as well as the statement lighting you want
- Include those special entertaining or family areas you would really like – like a bar, built-in table or large island bench
Our kitchen designers will also help you choose your materials (like splashbacks, cabinetry and flooring) to ensure your kitchen looks sensational and will be a source of pride.
It’s all about listening
When you invest in a custom-designed and built kitchen, your kitchen designer will think about the tiniest details. Often, it’s these little details that are the difference between achieving a kitchen you will love for years to come, or a kitchen that bothers you every time you use it.
That’s why our designers listen carefully to what you say and ask you lots of questions about how you want to use your kitchen. Let’s face it, most kitchens need to be multi-purpose rooms used for dining, entertaining, homework spaces and family time. So our designers take the time to understand how you want to use your kitchen.
Would you like to invest in the best kitchen possible?
